I’m thrilled to announce that I’ll be participating in the Springfield Old Capitol Art Fair for the first time! This highly regarded art festival, held in the heart of Springfield, IL, has been a beloved tradition for over 60 years, drawing thousands of visitors each year to celebrate creativity, craftsmanship, and community. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Old State Capitol Plaza, this event offers a one-of-a-kind atmosphere where history and art come together.

With over 140 juried artists from across the country, this fair showcases a wide range of artistic disciplines, including painting, sculpture, ceramics, photography, jewelry, and more. Attendees will have the chance to engage with artists, watch live demonstrations, and discover unique, handcrafted works that can’t be found anywhere else. The festival also features live entertainment, great food, and activities for all ages, making it a fantastic weekend destination for families and art lovers alike.

I’m excited to bring my mosaics to Springfield, featuring a unique combination of found objects, stained glass, repurposed metals, and mixed media materials. Each piece tells a story, and seeing them in person is the best way to fully appreciate the textures, depth, and intricate details that define my work.
